How does NexuRing actually track my health?
NexuRing uses integrated PPG sensors (heart rate, HRV, SpO₂), a precision skin-temperature sensor, and a 3-axis accelerometer. In tandem, these feed our on-device algorithms to calculate your sleep stages, activity, recovery, and readiness scores—24/7.
What’s the battery life and how do I recharge?
One full charge delivers up to 10 days of continuous tracking. Simply drop the ring into its magnetic charging case for 2 hours to refill the battery.
How do I pick the right ring size?
Use our printable Size Guide or the “Ring Sizer” mobile app. Wrap the paper strip (included in-box) around your finger, note the millimeter reading, then match it to the chart on our Size Guide page.
Which phones work with NexuRing?
NexuRing pairs via Bluetooth 5.0 with iOS 13+ and Android 8.0+ devices. You’ll need to install the free NexuRing app (App Store / Google Play) to view your data.
Is my health data secure?
Absolutely. All ring data is end-to-end encrypted on the device, in transit, and at rest on our servers. We never share or sell your personal health metrics.
Can I wear it in water or the gym?
Yes. NexuRing is rated IP68—fully dust-tight and water-resistant up to 50 m. Wear it swimming, showering, or sweating through HIIT without worry.
Do I need a subscription to unlock features?
No subscription required. All core insights—sleep, activity, recovery, readiness, temperature trends, and SpO₂—are included with your ring purchase. Future firmware and app updates are free.
