Return & Refund Policy
In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.
You may return your product within 14 days after receiving it.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete may not be accepted.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed about the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Personalized or custom-made products
Digital or downloadable products
Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if unsealed
